NEET 2023 application form instructions
1. Application forms for NEET(UG) 2023 were submitted through “online mode” only on the website https://neet.nta.nic.in/.
2. Each candidate can submit only one application.
3. Candidates must ensure that the e-mail address and Mobile Number provided in the Online Application Form are their own and/or Parents/Guardians only.
How can candidates apply for NEET 2023 (UG)?
Candidates can apply for NEET (UG) – 2023 through the “Online” mode only on the website https://neet.nta.nic.in/.
How to fill NEET 2023 (UG) application form ?
Candidates must follow the steps below to fill the NEET 2023 application form
Step 1- NEET 2023 registration
First step is registration- To register fill up the personal details such as name, email address, contact number, date of birth etc. and submit the form. During registration you must create a PASSWORD and choose Security Question and enter an Answer. This password will be used to login afterwards. After the successful submission of personal details an application number will be generated. This application number will be used to complete the remaining steps of application form. For subsequent logins, you will be able to login with the system-generated Application Number and Password created.
Step 2: Filling NEET 2023 application form
Log in with your Application Number and password for completing the Application Form, which includes, filling up personal details, choosing the Question Paper medium and Examination Cities, providing the details of Educational Qualifications, and uploading the images and documents (if required).
Documents required for NEET application form 2023
1. Scanned Images of Candidate’s recent Passport size Photograph and Postcard size Photograph
2. Signature
3. Left- and Right-hand Fingers and Thumb impression
4. Class 10 pass certificate
5. Category Certificate (if applicable),
6. Citizenship Certificate (if applicable),
7. PwBD Certificate (wherever applicable) and
8. Address Proof (Present and Permanent Address)
Step 3: Payment of NEET 2023 application fee
After completing Step 1 and Step 2, the candidates must pay the application fee. The fee can be submitted online only through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI. Processing charges and GST as applicable are chargeable to the candidate (in addition to the examination fee) by the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway. The Confirmation Page of the online Application Form will be generated only after successful payment by the Candidate. Download, save and print a copy of the Confirmation Page of the Application Form for future reference.

1. All 3 Steps can be done together or at separate timings.
2. The submission of the Application of a candidate could be considered successful and his/her candidature would be confirmed only on the successful transaction/receipt of the prescribed application fee from him/her.
